　　Title: Finance Trainee

　　Department: Finance / Projects & Equipment (PEC) Department

　　Location: 2 years in Beijing/Shanghai, and then located in Wuhan, Xi’an, Xiamen, Chengdu

　　Essential of the FT Program

　　Schneider Electric Finance Trainee program is designed to develop future finance leaders in west region (including Wuhan, Xian, Chengdu, Xiamen, extra) to support SE China business fast growth in these areas.

　　Through this program, graduates have opportunities to work in 2-3 different positions within Finance function in order to learn quickly the basic accounting operations, solid financial analysis skills, and fundamental performance controlling techniques.

　　After graduation from this 2-year-program, candidates will be located in the west region (including Wuhan, Xian, Chengdu, Xiamen, extra), responsible independently for part of finance function.

　　SE finance trainee program is a school for future finance leader, with various professional finance training and extensive financial practice, more than that, you can also build up a wide network with different finance functions/ departments.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Candidates need to work in 2- 3 positions within 2-3 years including accounting, financial analysis, project controlling, commercial finance support, credit control, extra.

　　After the trainee program, candidates will be offered different positions according to the competency & interest of candidates.

　　Requirements:

　　- Bachelor above University education related to Finance

　　- Good team player with integrity.

　　- Self-motivated with high sense of responsibility.

　　- Customer oriented and results driven.
