1. Supply Chain Leader供应链主管
Your Contribution:
Make the products available at the right time, in the right place and with the best cost.
Your Responsibilities:
-Prepare every season with internal Customers and our Suppliers for the products under your responsibility.
- Build a relevant production planning and evaluate the needs of components.
- Manage the orders and guarantee the delivery on time.
- Optimize the level of component stock and reduce the costs.
- Master the cost breakdown of your products and optimise the cost.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the supply organization in our partners.

- Proactive, Autonomous and Decision maker: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Proficiency in the use of computer (ERP, Excel, Email …)
- English Fluent (French is a plus)
2. Industrial Production Leader工业化主管 Your Contribution:
Enhance the production industrialization, improve the production process and decrease the costs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement the Decathlon Production Requirement in our Suppliers
- Supervise the development on time and guarantee the compliance with the product Technical Specifications Book.
- Master the product costing detail and propose actions to reduce it
- Improve the organization of line production
- Lead the continuous improvement in my supplier in order to increase the productivity and optimize the costs.
Your Personal Characteristics:
- Sports enthusiastic, full of energy and vitality eager to work in production sites rather than office.
- Proactive, Autonomous and Decision maker: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Experience/ internship in industry with relevant know how in Lean Management is a plus
- Good command of English (French is a plus)
